Generators for Apartment Buildings and Commercial Premises

Electricity interruptions are a problem not only for private homes. Apartment building shelters, commercial premises, office centers, shops – all of these require a reliable emergency power source. We offer tailored generator solutions when centralized power is critically important.

Where do we apply these solutions?

• Apartment building shelters (common areas, elevators, staircases, lighting, emergency lights)
• Commercial premises: shops, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations
• Office centers and business premises
• Medical offices and clinics
• Warehouses and production facility backup units
• Hotels and guest houses

How does it work?

A stationary or mobile generator is installed near the outside of the building or in a technical room. ATS/ATD automatically switches the load when grid power is lost – without human intervention. When grid power is restored, the system automatically returns to normal operation.

Advantages

• Emergency electricity supply within 30–60 seconds of grid outage
• No manual operations required – everything is automated
• Generator can power only critical objects (emergency lighting, gates, refrigerators)
• Only selected electrical circuits can be connected, not overloading the generator
• Solution adapted to the building's electrical project requirements

Documentation and projects

Electrical work for apartment buildings and commercial facilities often requires technical documentation. We help prepare the necessary documents and work according to applicable electrical standards.
