Generator for Apartment – Solution Without Additional Wiring

Do you live in an apartment and think a generator is not accessible to you? Wrong! If there is an electrical socket on your apartment's balcony or terrace – you already have everything you need to use a generator during electrical outages.

How does it work?

A compact inverter generator is placed on the balcony. Using a special adapter (extension cable with reverse plug), it is connected to the balcony socket. This way, generator energy is supplied back to the apartment's electrical installation – lighting, refrigerator, chargers, and even some electric heaters work. When the generator is disconnected, the sockets return to standard sockets.

Safety

This solution is used only in emergencies and only with installations protected by fuses. Before use, it is necessary to disconnect the apartment's main switch so that generator electricity does not enter the general apartment building network. We teach how to do this correctly and safely.
